We have worked closely with Oxford Health (including what was formerly Community Health Oxfordshire) since 2008 to design and carry out surveys across many of the diverse services provided by the Trust.

Each month the Trust receives statistical tables showing results for each question for each service and reports showing results by locality and change over time.
