Face-to-face interviews and telephone surveys

For some patients, for example homeless people or people with literacy problems, face-to-face interviews or telephone surveys are the best method of capturing feedback about their healthcare experiences.

We also conduct telephone surveys using translators for patients for whom English is not their first language.

We carried out a survey of senior health professionals in Scotland about what they considered to be the most important aspects of healthcare provision. This was carried out entirely by telephone. To download the report click here:
