CQC national surveys

We have been an approved survey contractor for the Care Quality Commission national patient survey programme since 2006. During that period we have carried out almost 450 surveys for 51 NHS Trusts as part of the national programme, surveying  over 450,000 patients during that period.

National Surveys carried out by Patient Perspective include:

  • Inpatients
  • Outpatients
  • Emergency Department
  • Maternity Services
  • Young Patients

We provide a fully-managed, ‘start to end’ survey package, dedicated project management support and a suite of reports that can be tailor made to meet your needs. There is no impact upon busy clinical staff’s time as the whole survey programme is managed ‘behind the scenes’ and as the survey is carried out by post there are no costly or temperamental electronic devices to manage. Telephone helpline support is provided to patients throughout the process. Our ‘headline reports’ (click here for a sample) are provided to you in a ‘Board ready’ presentation format to save you time in preparing presentations for Boards, committees and groups.

For more information on the national surveys or to receive a quote for carrying out a survey for your Trust please contact Chris Henderson, Senior Project Manager: chris.henderson@patientperspective.org.
