Quick review of the year

In 2014-15 we worked with over 100 organisations, including NHS acute, mental health and ambulance Trusts, clinical commissioning groups and GP practices and community services providers, independent sector organisations and national charities. We surveyed over 500,000 patients about their experiences of care. We carried out bespoke surveys in our widest ever range of services, extended our coverage of Friends and Family Test surveys and developed and carried a number out new surveys in specialist areas such as memory services, care planning and see and treat.

During this time we also moderated focus groups, carried out face to face patient interviews, telephone interviews and ran web-only surveys.

We also opened offices in Cornwall and Glasgow.

We look forward to the 2015-16 programme of work, continuing to support our existing loyal customers and meeting new customers as well. Best wishes to everyone working hard to gather patients’ perspectives of care and turn this rich source of  feedback into improvements.
